GALETAS BLUES FESTIVAL 2027
Salle paroissiale d’Onnens/La Brillaz – Fribourg (Suisse)

2nd Edition – A Blues Festival with a Big Heart!
Friday, April 23, 2027 – From 6:30 PM
Parish Hall, Onnens/La Brillaz – Fribourg, Switzerland

The Story Behind the Galetas Blues Festival
The Galetas Blues Festival was born in 2025 during a jam session held in an attic in Sottens, in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
Originally, the festival was supposed to take place in that very same location. Everything had been planned a year in advance, but unfortunately, safety concerns prevented the event from being held there.
Bonny B and his entire team had to find an alternative venue to save the first edition. Fortunately, they found a suitable hall in Onnens, in the municipality of La Brillaz, in the canton of Fribourg.
Despite the change of venue, we decided to keep the name “Galetas Blues Festival”, in memory of the place where it all began.
And that is how this humanitarian blues festival came to life!
Organized by Bonny B and the Freedom organization, the festival has one simple mission: bringing musicians and blues lovers together to support a meaningful cause!
